Six digital disciplines, one firm, prices published.
Devodin is a digital agency in Dallas, Texas that builds websites and online stores, ranks them in search, designs the brand around them, and manages the IT underneath — for small and mid-sized businesses that would rather hire one accountable firm than four vendors who blame each other. Packages start at $299.

What does Devodin actually do?
We take responsibility for the parts of your business that live online. One team writes the code, sets up the search visibility, draws the logo, wires the office network and keeps all of it working afterwards. You get a single point of contact and a single invoice instead of a group chat full of contractors.
- The proposition
- Breadth without hand-offs. The people who build the site are the people who rank it, brand it and maintain it, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
- The commitment
- A written scope with a fixed price before any work starts. If the scope changes, we re-quote in writing rather than adding it to the final bill.
- You own it
- The domain, the hosting account, the code, the logo files and the analytics stay in your name. Leaving us should cost you nothing but notice.
- Who we build for
- Owner-operated businesses — trades, clinics, restaurants, professional services, local retailers — typically replacing a template site that never brought in work.
What does it cost?
Four packages, starting at $299 and running to $1,199. Every price on this page is a starting price for the scope described in the column below it. Read across a row to see exactly what changes as you move up a tier — the difference between packages is depth of work and length of support, not access to a secret feature.
| Included | Starter$299from | Business$449from | Pro$699from | Enterprise$1,199from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Website | Basic website design | Custom development | Advanced site with ecommerce | Custom software build |
| Search & marketing | SEO starter setup | SEO and marketing campaign | Comprehensive SEO and marketing | Full SEO and marketing strategy |

| Prices are starting points for the work described, quoted as a fixed figure once we have seen your scope. Third-party costs you pay directly — domain, hosting, ad spend, paid plugins — are listed separately in the quote and never marked up by us. | ||||
Which of the six disciplines do I need?
Most businesses start with one and add the next when it becomes the bottleneck. A new site with no search visibility stays quiet; strong search traffic hitting a weak brand does not convert. Here is what each discipline covers and the problem it is meant to fix.
-
3.1
Web development
Custom, responsive websites built to turn visitors into calls, bookings and quote requests — not brochures that sit there. Hand-built pages, fast on a phone, with the forms, tracking and content editing you will actually use.
You get: design, build, content structure, mobile testing, launch, and an editor you can update yourself.
-
3.2
SEO & marketing
Organic visibility and targeted traffic for the searches your buyers actually type — local service terms, product queries, questions with money behind them. Technical fixes first, then content and local search, then paid support where it pays for itself.
You get: keyword and competitor research, on-page and technical fixes, local listings, and monthly reporting you can read.
-
3.3
Branding
A logo, a colour and type system and a written style guide, so your van, your invoice, your storefront and your website look like the same company. Built once, documented properly, and handed over in every file format you will be asked for.
You get: logo suite, colour and typography system, usage guide, and source files in your name.
-
3.4
Software development
Custom software when off-the-shelf will not fit — booking systems, quoting tools, internal dashboards, customer portals, mobile apps. We build the smallest version that solves the problem, then extend it once it is earning.
You get: scoped build, integrations with the tools you already run, documentation, and training for your staff.
-
3.5
IT consulting & management
The infrastructure behind the business: email, accounts, devices, networks, backups and access control. Either as a one-off review that tells you what is fragile, or as managed service where we hold the keys and answer the phone.
You get: infrastructure review, backup and security setup, account management, and a named contact for problems.
-
3.6
Ecommerce development
Online stores that take payment reliably: product pages that describe and sell, checkout that does not lose people, shipping and tax configured correctly, and stock connected to whatever you already use to track it.
You get: storefront build, payment and shipping setup, product page templates, and post-launch order testing.
What happens after I send the first email?
Five steps, in this order, with a written price before anyone starts building. You are not asked to commit money until you have a document describing the work, the deliverables and the cost. Nothing on this page requires a sales call to find out the price.
- 4.1
A conversation
A call or a meeting in Dallas. We ask what the business does, where the work currently comes from, and what has already failed. Free, and there is no pitch deck.
- 4.2
A written scope and a fixed price
You receive a document listing every deliverable, what we need from you, and one price. If we think a cheaper tier is the right answer, we say so in that document.
- 4.3
Build
Work happens in stages you can see. You review at each stage rather than being shown one finished thing at the end and asked to approve it.
- 4.4
Handover
Accounts, files and logins transferred into your name, plus a walkthrough of how to change your own content. You leave the handover able to run the thing without us.
- 4.5
Support
One to twelve months included, depending on the package — fixes, updates and questions answered. After that it continues monthly only if you want it to.
Who is Devodin not for?
Four situations where we will tell you to spend your money elsewhere. Saying this in public costs us some enquiries, which is the point: a firm that names the jobs it turns down is easier to trust on the jobs it takes.
- 01You want a website by the weekend for under a hundred dollars. Use a template builder — it is the honest answer, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the job.
- 02You want a guaranteed number one ranking. Nobody can sell that. We can commit to the work and to reporting the results, not to Google's decisions.
- 03You want the cheapest possible bid and expect the scope to grow for free afterwards. Our prices are fixed against a written scope for exactly that reason.
- 04You need enterprise procurement, a large in-house team to coordinate, or 24/7 staffed operations. We are built for small and mid-sized businesses and say so.
How do I reach an actual person?
Email or phone, both answered by the people who would do the work. Tell us what your business does and what is not working — a paragraph is enough — and you will get a straight answer about which package fits and what it would cost.
