The finding: not one Dallas competitor publishes a price. Funnel Boost has a homepage section headed “Simple Pricing” and “Transparent Pricing” that contains no prices — only a form. Seota discloses nothing. Thrive routes everything to “Get My Free Proposal”.
Devodin has four published prices. That is the strategic opening, and it is worth more than any visual idea — the buyer is a sceptical owner comparing four firms in one sitting who cannot get a number out of any of them.
It also solves our own constraint. We have no testimonials, logos or case studies — the exact three things competitors pad with. Publish what they hide; drop what they fake.
Navy and white, award-badge walls, logo carousels, statistics with no denominator, interchangeable testimonials, visible SVG placeholder skeletons, and hero copy about themselves. They are the same website.
Study these hardest. Each is minimal because it has one idea executed with almost nothing else — not because things were removed.
For texture, type and pacing rather than for the concept.
